- Inventory Data: Details about products, including name, unit, buying price, selling price, stock levels, stock alert thresholds, wholesale information (if used), and expiry dates (if applicable).
- Purchasing Data: Information related to purchase orders, including supplier details (name, contact), items purchased, quantities, buying/selling prices at the time of purchase, reference numbers, payment methods, and the user initiating the purchase.
- Financial Data: Account balances tied to specific branches and payment methods, details of expenses incurred (item description, cost, payment method, user), and records of payments made towards credit orders.
- Customer Information (Optional): If you choose to add customers to sales or manage a customer list, we collect names, contact details, and addresses as provided by you.
